Dear visitors of ticketing portal,

Welcome to the booking system website, which you can use to book, order or directly purchase tickets for cultural and sport events on offer in this booking system.
Events are classified thematically into categories, usually located on the left of the window. Press the button in the navigation to view a list of objects that were included in this category. In each category, you can view a list of upcoming events, such events by name, degrees, or as a program sorted by date.

SEARCHING FOR EVENTS

On the home page of the portal there is a current offer, which is included in the recommended action.

To quickly search in a portal there is a field the Search located usually at the top of the page. After inserting the name or part of the name display the corresponding titles, places and genres. If you do not fill the text, then displays the full menu. Link Advanced, which is usually located next to the quick search, displays the form in which the following search criteria are entering. If you do not fill any of these criteria, you get a list of all events published on the portal. The more search criteria you specify an action, the fewer records will be displayed and the more accurate the result. If you fill the date of place and also date from and date to, it will search the records that match the criteria from that date.

RESERVATIONS, ORDERS AND PURCHASE TICKETS

The supported types of booking, ordering and purchasing with details concerning the method of payment and collection (delivery) of tickets are always shown directly in the virtual hall of the event you selected.

If the deadline for all types of booking has expired for your event, the virtual event hall will display a message that tickets can no longer be booked. In this case, you cannot put more tickets into your virtual cart.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The event organizer may not support all the types of booking mentioned below. For each type of booking, the organizer sets a deadline until which you can book tickets through the portal.

METHODS OF RESERVATIONS TICKETS

  • Personal (ticket agent´s counter)
  • Bank transfer in the Czech Republic personal collection
  • Bank transfer in the Czech Republic postal delivery in the Czech Republic
  • Bank transfer in the Czech Republic postal delivery to another EU country

Once you have finished booking tickets, the display will show the number and name of your booking, expiry date and information concerning delivery of tickets. If the tickets are delivered by post, a handling fee for postage and packaging may be added to the price of the tickets. The fee is displayed when the tickets are selected in the virtual event hall, depending on the method of booking and delivery of the tickets.

Please note that the will be automatically cancelled after the date of booking expiry.

Ticket agent’s counter
With this type of booking, you pay when you collect the tickets at the sales point. The list of sales points where you can collect your booking you will find in the Booking – Office section.

Payment by a bank transfer in the Czech Republic
This method of payment for the tickets booked is only possible if you pay via a bank located in the Czech Republic. The amount for the tickets booked and the handling fee (if the tickets are delivered by post to your address) must be credited to the account shown in the last step of your booking by the date of booking expiry. We recommend payment by bank transfer made as soon as possible after booking your ticket to avoid possible complications.

Payment by a bank transfer from outside the Czech Republic
This method of payment for the tickets booked is only possible if you pay via a bank located outside the Czech Republic. Important notice! A handling fee may be added to the price of the tickets to cover the cost of an international bank transfer.

Payment of invoice
Tickets must be paid by the date of booking expiry at the booking office. An invoice will be issued upon payment.

Personal collection of tickets
In the last step of your booking, the system will display a list of sales points where you can purchase and collect the tickets.
Postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
Once the amount covering the price of the tickets booked and the handling fee has been credited to the account displayed in the last step of your booking, the tickets will be sent by post to the address stated in the booking. This type of delivery may be used for addresses in the Czech Republic only.
Postal delivery of tickets to another EU country
Once the amount covering the price of the tickets booked and the handling fee has been credited to the account displayed in the last step of your booking, the tickets will be sent by post to the address stated in the booking. You can use this type of delivery for addresses outside the Czech Republic.
eTicket
If you select this type of ticket delivery, you will be able to print the tickets from your printer (once the amount covering the price of the tickets has been credited to the account). eTickets can be printed from the menu “My reservation(s)” when you are logged in to this portal. To print eTickets, you will need a programme that allows you to print PDF documents (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).

METHODS OF ORDERING TICKETS

  • Cash on delivery
  • Invoice – postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic

Once you have finished ordering tickets, the display will show your order number and name. If the tickets are delivered by post, a handling fee for postage and packaging may be added to the price of the tickets. The fee is displayed when the tickets are selected in the virtual event hall, depending on the selected method of ordering and the type of tickets delivery.

Information about the methods of payment for tickets

Cash on delivery
This method of ordering tickets is only possible if the tickets will be sent to an address on the territory of the Czech Republic. You will be required to pay for the tickets upon delivery by the post officer.
Invoice
The sales point will issue and send a Request for Payment. You make a payment based on the details in the Request. It is vital that the amount for your order be credited to the account stated in the Request for Payment on or before the date of maturity thereof. When making your order, please enter all the necessary invoicing details (business name, invoicing address, Business ID, Tax ID, contact) in the field entitled “NOTES FOR THE ORGANISER”.

Cash on delivery
Tickets will be sent to your address stated in your order. The address must be in the Czech Republic.

Postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
Once the amount covering the price of the tickets you ordered and the handling fee has been credited to the account stated in the Request for Payment, the tickets will be sent to the address stated in your order. This type of delivery may be used for addresses in the Czech Republic only.

METHODS OF PURCHASING TICKETS

  • On-line payment by card personal collection
  • On-line payment by card postal delivery in the Czech Republic
  • On-line payment by card postal delivery to another EU country
  • On-line payment by card eTicket

After completing the selection of tickets you will be asked to pay tickets online. This will ensure you do not miss the tickets.
If the tickets are delivered by post, a handling fee for postage and packaging may be added to the price of the tickets. The fee is displayed when the tickets are selected in the virtual event hall, depending on the method of booking and delivery of the tickets.

Information about on-line payment by card

On-line payment by card takes place via the payment gate on the secure GP webpay system. For more information about the payment system GP webpay visit the website provider Global Payments Europe. The gate supports payment by VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro cards for on-line transactions based on the 3-D Secure standard, which provides for unique identification of all the parties involved in the transaction. The main advantage of the payment gate is a significant improvement of security for all the parties involved – card holder, seller, issuing bank and clearing bank.

How to pay for tickets by card on-line

Once you have finished selecting tickets, you will be prompted to pay by clicking on the PAY button. When you click on the button, the website will redirect you to the GP webpay system, where you will be prompted to enter the details of the card you wish to use for payment (card number, expiry date, control code – CVC 2, CVV2). The screen will show the name of the seller to whom you are paying for the tickets, the fee for the tickets you selected and your order number. If you use a secure card in the 3-D Security System, you will be prompted on the next page to enter the password to authorise payment via the Internet.

If the payment via the GP webpay system is successful, your order will be assigned an identification number and you will be automatically redirected back to the booking portal, where you will see payment confirmation. Then you can print a list of the tickets paid by the bank card (eventually eTicket).

If the payment is unsuccessful, you will also be redirected back to the booking portal, where you will see a message that the payment was unsuccessful. The tickets you selected will be removed from the virtual basket and released for sale.

Payment authorisation may fail due to the following reasons:

  • you entered wrong card details by mistake
  • the balance of your account was insufficient at the time to make the payment
  • your card does not allow you to make transactions via the Internet. Contact the card issuer, i.e. your bank
  • a technical or another problem with the card occurred – expiry date, maximum amount of payment exceeded, a technical problem in the authorisation centre etc.

The system is designed so that even after an unsuccessful return to the reservation portal but after the successful payment will complete the order process after about 30 minutes. Current status of orders can be found in reference to My booking after your login.

Personal collection of tickets
You can collect the tickets you paid for at any sales point.

Postal delivery of tickets in the Czech Republic
This type of delivery may be used for addresses in the Czech Republic only.

Postal delivery to another EU country
You can use this type of delivery for addresses outside the Czech Republic.

eTicket
If you select this type of ticket delivery, you will be able to print the tickets from your printer (once the amount covering the price of the tickets has been credited to the account). eTickets can be printed from the menu “My reservation(s)” when you are logged in to this portal. To print eTickets, you will need a programme that allows you to print PDF documents (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).

REGISTRATION

Registration on the booking portal is voluntary if you only wish to book tickets and pay for them at the ticket agent’s counter (type of booking Personal - ticket agent´s counter). Registration is mandatory for all the other types of booking, ordering and purchasing of tickets. If you do not register before you select an event and put tickets into your virtual basket, you will be prompted to register when you book, order or purchase tickets.

The advantage of registration on the booking portal is that it provides you the access to the bookings/orders that you created using this booking portal or that you paid for on-line via this booking portal. To see the list of your bookings, orders and paid tickets, click on My reservation(s) menu, when you are logged in to this portal.

You can check the box “Send me news by email” when you register. If the organizer will sending email information, then you will be informed about them.

How to register

  1. Click on the New Registration icon.
  2. Form is displayed for entering personal data. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
  3. Into Username box enter the username under which you log in later. In the Password box, enter your password. Second is the Password field to verify the accuracy of the previous password. The system is both caps- and diacritics-sensitive.
  4. If you wish to be informed about all the news of the booking system, check the box “Send me news by email”.
  5. complete the registration click on the button Register.
  6. The uniqueness of login and entering the required fields is doing. If you are prompted to change or supplement, follow the instructions.
  7. You will be asked whether these data really agree. If everything is correct, click the Register button. Then see the message confirming the success of your registration.
  8. Edit your login information after clicking on the Registration.

For each additional purchase or tickets reservation you can log into the system by filling in your username (login) and password.

LOGIN AND LOGOUT

To the portal you can log in only if you have ever registered before. If you have not registered yet, you can do so by clicking here. Into the Name box enter your username (login). In the Password box, type your password. Each character is displayed as hidden on the grounds that nobody else can see. Click the OK button. After successful registration there will be your name and surname at the top of the page showing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: To log in to the booking portal, you need to enter your user name and password in the same format as you registered. The system is both caps- and diacritics-sensitive.

Whenever leaving the portal is possible to logout for security reasons - click on button Logout, which is located at the top of the page.

Forgotten password

If it happens that you forget the password that you provided in your registration, then click the Forgotten Password link. It displays the field where you fill your email address, you entered during your registration. If you fill an address that does not match with the registration, you will be notified. If you enter the correct email, you will be notified within a few minutes by getting the login password.

HOW TO GET TICKETS

The process of reservation, ordering and purchasing tickets is in the graphics preview auditorium, in which you choose the place you are interested in and place them into the shopping cart. Booking system is designed so that in no case more tickets could not be sold at the same place. Uniquely may happen that it booked someone else during doing your reservation. In this case you will be notified that the reservation process did not occur right, or which of the selected sites for you could not be book.

Pick seats

On the page with the program of events you will find a link to the date of the event and reference the name of the event (the title). When you click on the date of action, you will be move to the preview auditorium and you can select individual points. If you click on the event name, a table, which lists all the dates of holding such a title. Click on the link to Book your selected events appear auditorium, from which it is possible to choose tickets to your shopping cart. Places that are already occupied, they are crossed out and can not be identified. The upper part is shown color coding of price bands. There are also lists all the possible ways of reservation and payment for tickets. Total price for the location of the action appears in the Total box.

Use the mouse cursor to mark the place you want to buy. Maximum number of simultaneously identified and reserved seats is limited, and after crossing a prompt appears to exceed the limit. Choose one of the offered methods of payment and delivery. Click on the icon "?" for more details about payment and delivery of tickets you selected. If you have a site selected, press Add to Cart. It displays the contents of the shopping cart. You will see the name and date of action, an object, which is held and the total price for the tickets. If you want no longer to book any other tickets, press the Continue button. If you want to add into shopping cart tickets from other events, press Select and continue further action. Shopping cart of selected sites you can always see when you click on View Cart. Tickets can be also put out of the cart during a take, either all at once or individually.

Contact Information

If you have already chosen all the tickets, then press the Continue button in your shopping cart. In the election of certain types of bookings and orders in this step you will be prompted to log into the system. If you are logged into the system before the selection of tickets will be your contact information in this step is automatically filled. If you are not logged in, you'll see a form where you must enter personal information. Fields marked with an asterisk are required and without them you can fill in the reservation to continue. After completing the form press the Continue button. A form is already filled with data for checking. If the data agree, press the Continue button.

Final summary

In this step, there are displayed data already completed by reservation. System generated reservation number, which is important for the further handling of reserved tickets. It displays the exact description of how to dispose of the reservation, the validity, locations for pick up or payment information about tickets, choosing the type of book "Bank transfer". Within few minutes you will receive to your specified email booking confirmation (if you have already checked the book to "I want to send a confirmation email to complete the selection of tickets"). The reservation you can see (if you are registered) in the reference My reservation.

If you chose to reserve "Credit Card (online) you'll be in this step, after clicking Pay redirected to the payment gateway where you will be prompted to enter information about your credit card.

If you decide for any reason to cancel the reservation in this state, just click on the button to Free all of the selected tickets and reservations will be immediately canceled. To print a final summary of your reservation, press Print information about tickets. If you checked during the reservation to "I want to send a confirmation email to complete the selection of tickets" were you a confirmation email already sent. If you have not done so, but the confirmation email you want, press the button Send a confirmation email. Button Make a new selection of tickets to get back to the home page.

LIST “MY RESERVATION (S)”

As a registered user of the booking system you can display your bookings/orders that you created using this booking portal or that you paid for on-line via this booking portal, by clicking on My Reservation (s). If you are not logged in, the link is not displayed.

After clicking on the link My reservation (s) displays an overview of all your reservations. Click on the “i” icon to view detail information about the methods of payment and delivery your tickets.

If you selected the eTicket option, you can print your ticket from this list.

Printing your eTicket

Once you have logged in to MY RESERVATION(S), a printer icon will be displayed with orders with the eTicket option selected. Click on the icon to view order details. The detail of each order displays an icon allowing you to print the eTicket for each event included in the order. To print eTickets, you will need a programme that allows you to print PDF documents (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The organizer and the seller shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorised use or copying of eTickets. eTickets must be kept in a safe place to prevent misuse thereof. Entry to the event will only be allowed upon presentation of the first eTicket that has been processed by the validator. If the eTicket is presented repeatedly or if a copy of the eTicket is presented, entry to the event will be denied regardless of who presents the eTicket.

BOOKING - OFFICES

This link contains all points of sale (cash register), including address, email, website, phone and opening hours, in which you can buy or pick up your reservations. The list of booking-offices is located at the top of the page. Usually appears also in the final summary in the completion of the reservation.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with laws for the protection of personal information 101/2000 Coll.., the organizer guarantees that your personal data will be held in strict confidentiality and will at no time be sold or transferred to another party. All personal data is strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of our company.

RULES OF COMPLAINT HANDLING

Paid fees cannot be refunded, tickets cannot be replaced.
No compensation is provided for lost tickets.
Tickets must be kept in a safe place to prevent misuse thereof.
Forging tickets is punishable under law. Any modification renders the ticket invalid.
Ticket holders are obliged to follow the rules set down by the event organizer.
The organiser reserves the right to change the event programme and performers.
Complaints must be lodged with the seller from whom the tickets were purchased.
If the event is cancelled, refund must be claimed at the sales point where the ticket was purchased.

Any queries or complaints must be delivered without undue delay to the address provided in the Contact section.
